«LIRA», the latest development of SIMICON Company, is unique automatic LIDAR system which is capable of not only measuring the speed of vehicles, but at the same time recognizing number plates and processing detected violations on-board.

«LIRA» represents a single-block device with a detachable handle. It is able to track oncoming and outgoing targets both in tripod-mounted or hand-held configurations.

Combination of laser speed sensor, high-sensitivity camera and on-board ANPR system ensures exact match of the measured speed and recognized license plate number even at multi-lane roads, regardless the movement direction, making the violation evidence reliable and undisputable.

External IR spotlight provides reliable operation and number plates recognition by ANPR at low-light or night-time conditions.

Option of remote control with common Android mobile device makes the operation unprecedentedly comfortable and opens additional opportunities for user.
